How to maintain a balanced diet

Many of us don't maintain any diet. But a little care of your eating habit can keep your body fit. All of us must know which foods are good for health as well as for a balanced diet.

What is dieting

Dieting means taking food uniformly with a specific limit. Mainly dieting is done to reduce weight of our body. A reduced weight can give you a healthy and slim figure. The food containing little calorie and fat could be taken for this.If a daily food list contains certain limit of sugar, calorie, vitamin, meat, mineral, fiber, fat, water etc that would be a balanced diet.

How to maintain a balanced diet

Drink a huge amount of water everyday. At least 12 glass of water/3 litre for men and 8 glass of water/ 2 litre for women. Those who take physical exercise regularly need to drink water more than the above
specification. Take your dinner in a regular way that implies take your dinner before three hours of your sleep. It' better to drink a glass of milk before sleeping. Keeping vegetables and fruits in food list is very much needed. Cause fruits and vegetables contains a huge amount of vitamin,fiber and anti-oxidant. Salad must be a common option in daily food list. Eat fish more than me. Bread from red flour, beans, green gram etc contains low fat and cholesterol reducing element.It also includes vitamin B, Potassium, fiber that increase digestion power. Try to avoid oily foods as much as possible.Take vegetables and fruits more and more. It's better to eat 200-300 calorie in every 2-3 hour. Try to fulfill your meat demand from vegetables rather than meat as vegetables contains low fat. Eat fish,chicken,beans,cheese,pulse etc to fulfill your meat demand.
